Customers regard the Home 4G Cellular Signal Booster favorably for its ability to improve signal strength, ease of use, and call quality. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the installation process being time-consuming, the price being a bit high, and the coverage area not meeting expectations. Additionally, a few customers have noted that the device tends to get hot during operation and that the range is not as accurate as advertised.

Cell booster came with everything needed to set up and minimize labor. Signal appears to be better and more stable. Gauge it based on dropped or choppy calls versus calls that are not. Antenna bars are not a good gauge.

This took me from 2 bars to 4 in my house, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have to be lined up with the indoor antenna to get 4. If I step a little left or right I will drop back between 2 and 3 bars.

Had low to zero signal previously inside the buildings and out. Mounted the antenna upon my tower 50 feet up, now LTE full signal in the house and garage after finding the center of it all in a window. Well worth the one time purchase. Expect the unit to put off heat, so well ventilated works best.

I purchased this product bc I travel with my job and some places we go I do not get great cell phone service so I was constantly saying "can you hear me now "and running around trying to get a signal. With this cell phone booster I do not have to do that anymore. I get service and this makes my job so much easier. I would recommend this product to any one that has problems with their service. It does have to be in a stabilized location and the antenna needs to be spaced out so u will need to purchase a 50ft. coaxial cable.I work out of a 48 ft. tool trailer so I was able to do this.

This product worked very well for us! My wife and I have two different cell carriers. We both were dealing with one bar or less in signal strength. We were struggling with dropped calls. Some say that's what you get when you live in the mountains. But you don't have to live with that! We now each have a solid four bars, and have not dropped a single call. The only reason I gave this a four star rating, is because after I went to all of the trouble of fishing the line through my walls so nothing could be seen, we had not seen a huge difference. So when I had tech support on the line, they suggested that I should have their heavier gage cable. The great part of this is that they sent it to me at no charge. The bad part was that this meant I had to go back through all I had already done to rewire the system. I would suggest that there be a way to determine cable size before you go through all of this. In the end...it is a great product that truly works!

Device was touted as being able to boost signal for an area of about 1000 square feet. It did not come close. Even though my signal went from wavering between no service and 1 bar to showing 2 and occasionally 3 bars, it only helped if I was standing within 3 to 5 feet of the indoor antenna. I could take 2 steps in any direction and the signal was gone. Sometimes all I had to do to drop a call was turn my head to one side away from the antenna. I returned it.
This is not to say that the device is poor. It was easy to install and set up. It does function. It just did not meet my needs.

I was skeptical. We have a marginal cell signal that fluctuates from 1-2 bars but we we have 2-5 bars and can stream movies using our phone Hotspots saving us the cost of an internet plan. Works Great!!

The old trailer house that I moved into (metal exterior) had no cell signal inside and spotty signal outside. I mounted the antenna on an old TV antenna tower, about 25' above the ground, pointed toward the nearest town. Now I had one to three bars of signal in parts of the house.
Called tech support, they recommended purchasing a wide band directional antenna for the outside and an adapter to connect the outside antenna to the inside unit. This has worked great, even if it cost $81. on Amazon for the additional equipment (which tech support provided part numbers for and looked up pricing).
P.S.: Guessed at aiming antenna again.

Was getting around 1 bar in few places in the house. Hooked it near the top of the roof pointed towards the nearest tower and ran the coax and the box inside and it’s been great ever since.

This unit was easy to install. Instructions were clear and it performed as well as expected. Boosted my cell service bars on my iPhone from zero to sometimes one to full bars.

I understand the signal boost is limited by the signal received. My problem is the boost given by the device only extends a few feet from the base. I’m not confident the multi room device would fare much better. We get 1-2 bars without the booster and now get a solid 2 bars with an occasional 3 bars next to the device in a 90-120 square foot area. I would not purchase again

We live in the boonies and needed a cell phone boost. I was skeptical but this product does exactly what it says. I hoped to be able to mount on inside window but knew we'd have to do an outside mount. The big decision is where to place the antenna. Once that's accomplished, it was an easy install. It was a self installation. I now have 3-4 bars instead of 1 inside my house and don't have to run around the yard looking to get more reception.

Good product -- met our needs. We installed this at a cabin in Upper Michigan where we got poor and inconsistent cell phone service: we were lucky to get one bar on our phone. With the booster we got consistent service, usually three to four bars. The only drawback was that it had a limited range -- up to about 10 feet from the unit, but near it was good. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but the results were certainly satisfactory. I plan on getting another unit for a different place we own.

This booster brought the available outside signal inside. The normal inside signal before I got the booster was 1/2 bar at best while outside was 3 bars or better.

Do you live in a house with a tin roof? Is you service already 1-2 bars outside your house? Well mine is and I have a tin roof. I would have to go outside to answer calls and make phone calls until I installed this booster! I made an antenna pole out of pvc pipe and put the antenna outside on the roof at the highest point of my house. Now, I have full service throughout the entire house! I love it! If your service is bad and if you want better. I recommend this booster because it works great!

I bought this in hopes of increasing my cell service.
I installed this above the peak of my home by about 5 feet and turned it in direction of closest tower and i now have 5 bars.I had only one bar before and could not even make a call most times or the calls would drop.I could never use the internet with data and now can use data instead of wifi and make any calls anytime.
I am glad i spent the extra money and did not get a cheaper brand.
