Worked great the first time I used it. After that, couldn’t get the signal boosted. Tried to return the product but it was past the 15 day return policy for Best Buy. Now weBoost will only try to trouble shoot the issue.

I had to hold my phone within a few feet of the indoor antenna to increase my signal strength beyond not using it at all. I plan on returning it

Not very good pass waterflow. You need to find your cell tower online and then aim it toward it. Takes a lot trying to get a good connection and it didn’t help the signal at all.

I live in a hole with little cellular connection. I was hoping this would help. The Geak squad tried to do their magic but informed us our connection was not going to get better with this.

I had sketchy cell service at best and I thought most signal boosters were snake oil and unreliable. This all changed yesterday and in a big way. The entire box is about 6 pounds and is full of all sorts of goodies. You'll need about 1 hour to set it up, and most of that is just securing the outside part. The thing is a breeze to set up and it really does boost your signal a lot. I was really surprised to say the least. I got the small apartment/small home unit. This unit is good for one big room, like a living room and kitchen area. If you need to boost it all over your house. You'll need a different model that does cost more. Even at 30 feet from the inside antenna I still have 2 bars and if I am under that 30 feet I have a full set of bars. If you live in a wooded area, or have a lot of metal in your roof and walls, and have sketchy cell service, this is exactly what you need. If you have absolutely no signal, I can't guarantee what your results will be and advise you to speak to a professional ..This unit works well with all carriers that I know of. And it can boost multiple signals at once, as long as you are in range. This system is worth every cent. My streaming, texting, phone calls, gaming, signals are all like I am right beside a tower. So be sure what type of kit you'll need and go get one, You'll be glad you did..They make these for vehicles too..I can honestly say that I am a believer now because seeing is believing ...I didn't know what I was missing, I really didn't. My phone is a lot faster than it was and no more buffering !!!! The system is hardly noticeable too, unless you are looking for it and is smaller than most modems or routers.
