Like a lot of people, I'm spending much more time online for work. My work-issued device doesn't always get the strongest signal in my home-office, which makes Zoom calls over my cell signal a nightmare. This signal-booster bumped my device from one bar to the full four. I made it through a call with no skips or stutters. I installed it on an external with the flat cable and had no issues with set-up. This is really only enough power for one room, but it was perfect for my needs.

Works pretty good for having one bar from Verizon. Remember that it bounces signal off of walls, placement is important.

My local store had in stock. Big plus there. I used Open Signal app and had a good time installing this. I couldn't believe the difference, especially on mifi. Went from 4M to 40M. Excellent product!!

Works exactly as described! Easy to set up, and has an app to help find the closest cell tower.

It does what you want it to do! In a room or building you have poor coverage it does provide a coverage boost. It also does not affect data speeds. You do need one bar of service outside but from there it works well. Setup is easy but you do need to mount an antenna.

Im only giving it 2 stars and not one because its working good enough to write this review. I had a cheap 100$ from amazon that way out performed this on should of just bout another one of them. It only gives 2 bars of signal. I get 2 bars outside and 1 bar inside before the booster. If you walk 15ft away you lose the signal. The inside unit stays very hot.

Couldn't Get A Signal, But Cell Phone had signal

First thing, realize the weBoost Home Studio model name implies the intended coverage area is one room (depending on incoming signal a small room or a big room). The documentation which came with this booster did say it would support 5G and maybe more beyond that. The outdoor antenna is surprisingly large and a bit ugly. Without the booster, *in the house* on my phone I had a 2-4 bar 4g/5g signal (it went back and forth) -- but It was a low quality signal (low data speeds for example). But I used Open Signal to figure out where to place the outdoor antenna, and it failed to get a signal on the weBoost. I then tried placing it both in the front yard and in the back yard and aiming it a variety of directions, and it appeared that no matter which way I aimed it the weBoost Home Studio reported no signal (all red lights). With T-Mobile, studying the open signal app it recommended (as well as other similar apps I tried), it appears (before the boost) I may be connecting to individuals who are using Cell Spot devices (personal cell towers in homes). That may be part of the reason I'm getting very low (sub-6Mbps) speeds even on those occasions when I allegedly have a 4-bar signal. I don't know how that may complicate usage of this device. However, at least for my configuration, this does not seem to work for me. It's a shame because I was truly looking forward to better cell service at home.

Couldn’t get it to work. Outside shipping box came fine but the inside box was ripped. Took it to where I needed it set up anyway. Could not get it to work. Could not get cell signal so could not call the number. Waste of time and money. Returning
