I use in my RV while parked. Used to get 0-1 bar, Ted the antenna to a telescoping painter's pole and pointed to the nearest cell tower, now I get 2-3 bars!

One of the worst product purchases ever. I first tried this at my home where we have weak Verizon signal. No change. Then I took it in my RV to our normal camping spot where there is also weak signal. Again, no change or noticeable improvement. The worst part is, you have no idea if the phone is using the cell booster or if it’s just connecting to the weak signal of the tower. The manual says if you get an improved signal then it’s working. But if your signal is not improved, how do you know if it’s the cell booster that’s the issue or is it just a weak signal.

Its placed pretty high on the roof but not at the highest point. Adjusting this thing is a PIA. Up to the roof. Turn it. Down. Reset the black device. Walk around with phone in hand. Go back on the roof. Ugh. We played with it for a while , still crappy reception.

Not worth the price I paid for it!!! Wasn’t hard to install but only works if I’m standing 4-5 feet in front of it!! Product is way over priced and does not do what it claims to!!

Bought this for our hunting cabin in the middle of nowhere, with very little service. Boosted the signal enough that we could stream movies! Excellent recommendation by the Best Buy crew!

Had trouble with it didn’t do what I thought it would. Had to try something else

It keep dropping signal, you could not be in the same room with a device.

We were quite disappointed with this product. We had one bar of a signal without the booster. With the booster, we got two bars, but did not get them consistently and generally didn’t get any better of service than we had without the booster. Keep in mind that we downloaded an app to locate the cell towers so that we could aim the booster, and we still had poor results.

Never worked out of the box. Ive installed 2 on cars 2 in homes and purchased this one for my ranch house did all the wiring set antenna in the attic had it connect to towers but never did it rebroadcast the signal This is common for these devices I'm assuming as a weboost automotive did the same thing yet worked when replaced Overall quality was poor thin plastic 2dollar antennas

Repeater worked when you were directly beside it. It did not cover the room.

Did not work as advertised. Showed increase of 1 service bar on t mobile modem but speeds were worst

If you have a garage you can get service in. This product works great. Better service in garage then house.

This cell phone booster does not work for where i live... it was a waste of my money...

It did not work the way the salesperson said it would

Very disappointed. Once we found the best location it only boosted the signal half a bar. Not enough for any improvement in cell signal for the price.
