Purchased Webroot subscription for all of my devices to handle security related issues and anti-virus. The product is very reasonably priced and I don't have to worry about viruses or malware. It also does not negatively impact my email like previous anti-virus software packages.

I’ve been using Webroot for a while and I’m completely satisfied with how it keeps my online usage safe. It scans regularly and that works for me because I forget.

I've been using Webroot for at least 8 years now. It's been much better than the other antivirus software I've used in the past. The footprint is much smaller, it doesn't slow down the computer, and it's been reliable. I would definitely recommend using Webroot.

BEST BUY IS A WELL ORGANIZED STORE WITH AISLES WIDE APART. A FEW YEARS BACK I HEARD BEST BUY WAS IN TROUBLE CONCERNING BUSINESS. I HOPE THAT THINGS ARE OKAY NOW. Webroot is easy to download and install. It doesn’t seem to take up too many resources on the PC when scanning. Been using this product for a few years now and happy with the quality.

I've been using Webroot for years now, no issues and it's good for all the family computers.

I tried to renew my Geek Squad webroot which had expired (iMac version). The internal software link took me to the webroot page, the purchased registration code failed to work. When I contacted webroot, they stated it was a geek squad license which had to be purchased through Best Buy. I returned the webroot license and purchased the best buy license, that also failed to work. About an hour online with a Geek Squad tech remoting into my computer to try and uninstall and reinstall the software ultimately failed to resolve the problem and I resorted to returning the software completely. Ultimately I found the uninstall option which was buried in the "about" information tab and not at all intuitive to locate. Seems to work fine when it is installed, hard to compare with any of the big name antivirus software companies as to which is best (Norton / Mcafee). Due to the nature of these programs, they are more and more intrusive in your computer and operating system in order to properly work.

I have been using this product for 3 years now and am very happy with its performance. It runs quickly and I have not had any issues since I installed it. This is a renewal.
