Product is not user friendly

Instead I have to log in to the Webroot site which makes it hard to share my 5 devices with family. I don't necessarily want them to have my security log-in information. Norton allowed me to send out emails to give access.

I needed a renewal and this was handy. Webroot is good! However, I did not like BestBuy... The issue is this - if we were going to the store, the item was available for 2 years for same price - while a digital download would be available for 1 year only. Bestbuy failed to amply notify the change from 2 years to 1 year. Effectively, I paid twice the rate...
