I would click the link to download it, and it would say it wasn’t a good link! I lost 2 months of service because of it.

Its automatically scans your computer daily, let's you know about any harmful files on your computer, and send in information for studies and diagnostics evaluation.

They seem to be the most knowledgeable about all of my computer issues and needs. I recommend The Geek Squad to everyone - even yesterday in the store, I recommended it to someone purchasing a laptop for a 70 year old family member.

I still am not able to utilize all the elements of WEBROOT. I have been with you folks a loonngg time. You guess want I'm thinking about.

My subscription mistakenly lapsed and I had to call Geek Squad. BIG MISTAKE! After repeated drop calls, at least 7, yes 7 agents who proved useless in simply downloading the program, I called Webroot directly and it was solved immediately.
