Couldn't get it in my computer so I got an agent to put it in and my cimputer is not working at all, had to take it in to Geek Squad and they had to sed it to an out side computer expert.

1) Download webroot on the computer using our official download page: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download 2) Open the software, click the "cog/settings" icon 3) Go to "My account" 4) Add the subscription code that you received upon purchase to the my account section 5) Your account should now be fully active on the new laptop!

does not allow you to independently scan different drives, this is an incomplete antivirus, and also my copy only says 6 not 10 users. many better choices out there

I've had this on my 2015 MacBook Air for almost 2 years. The first year was perfect. It worked all the time. For the last 6 months or more, it has been a pain in the butt. Every time I restart my computer, it fails to connect. The first 3 or 4 times, I called Webroot Support, and they got me reconnected by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. But then I guess they got tired of dealing with me so they sent me instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall. The first step in that process is to "Shut down SecureAnywhere by clicking the Webroot icon (green W) in the menu bar and selecting Shut Down SecureAnywhere." Sounds simple doesn't it? Yeah, it's simple except that, when I restart the computer, I get a message that Webroot is "Unable to connect to Service" and Shut Down SecureAnywhere is grayed out! There is no way to complete the first step because it's grayed out. So I have no idea if I'm getting what I paid for or not. Occasionally, after 3 to 5 days, somehow without any action on my part, the service connects, and, rather than getting the orange Unable to connect to Service, it works for the next day or two until I shut down and restart again. I've repeated restart 5 times consecutively after the Service failed to connect, but it just doesn't reconnect. I quit notifying Webroot Service because indifference is the most positive response I've received from Customer Service. Most of the time the crew seems to think it's rude of me to actually need help. Does the service work? I don't know. Is it worth it for you to spend your money on an item that constantly fails to connect? Is it worth it to get an icy response when you need help? Is it worth it to have them send you instructions that can't be followed because the first step is grayed out and impossible to accomplish? You decide. Should I switch to another service? Would you?
