Contacted both Best Buy Chat and Geek Squad Chat who provided a download link that didn't work. I want to cancel the order but apparently can't even do that. I recommend not downloading digital purchases from Best Buy.

I love Best Buy, but this product didn’t appear in my eligible downloads, though it appeared as being ordered and paid for already. I wasn’t ever able to get it to download, despite multiple calls to tech. support.

I bought today a 2 yr-10 devices subscription from Bestbuy. When installed, WR credited me for 548 days only or 274 days/yr or 91 days less/yr! Ridiculous! Does Webroot and Bestbuy have a lesser days per year? This is absurd & tantamount to cheating!

We had to even google what the heck it was. Only noticed it because it charged to a CC that we had paid off and didn't use. Awful service, no way to contact anyone for help.

The description CLEARLY states that it's Mac compatible. Spent over an hour transferring back and forth with different Best Buy reps, and nobody even seems to be able to understand the problem! To make matters worse, digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE! Needless to say, I'm MORE than just a little peeved, and out $100! To be continued... hopefully...
