Webroot has done it again! 24/7 protection, download software to 10 devices, and two year subscription. Outstanding!

Bought Webroot in the past so when my membership was up I decided to renew. It's cheaper to buy through Best buy than through the company. Webroot changed the apps for mobile devices and even though we purchased 2 years, the mobile devices only reflect a 1 year membership. Webroot should have left it the way it was. Not as user friendly and no way to see the scan results on a mobile device.

I have never had a problem with Webroot. Would suggest this program to anyone.

I have been using Webroot Secure Anywhere for over five years. To me it is the best antivirus software. It costs $99 but you can use it for two years and in 10 computers. The feature I like best is cleaning cleaning up dead files.

I had owned Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Complete with Antivirus for one year. I installed it with no issues. As the one year subscription was expiring (nuisance emails started two months in advance), Webroot became irritating. The Webroot deal was no deal. Webroot then proceeded to have a renewal notice pop up every time I turned on the computer. I purchased the 2 year, 10 device version from Best Buy, where I had purchased the previous 1 year subscription. You supposedly can turn off renewal notices, if the product is active, but you cannot indicate on the Webroot purchase page, if you own and have purchased a product from another source. If it wasn't for the Geek Squad support, I would have returned the product. My agent (Shahh) had to remote into my laptop in order to install my new purchase. Webroot had not recognized the key code for my new purchase or my email, the same email that was continually sent nuisance emails by the company. Another agent, Lakisha was helpful with my iPhone, however, if you want to protect just a phone, you can get Webroot for iOS for free from the Apple store (and presumably from Google Play). When I had tried to install my subscription on my phone, entering the requested information, - including the key code, - Webroot indicated the version was incorrect, however the response indicated that what was needed, - was the version I purchased. Webroot appears to have difficulties with identifying key codes. Pictorials on the Webroot website are not what is pictured on the App store to download and install. Webroot does not answer the phone on weekends and during the week, hold times can be ridiculous. The online support is a failure. I emailed online support twice and received one acknowledgement, but no Webroot service support. After the two years is up I will probably look for another software vendor. Thank you to the Geek Squad personnel who were extremely helpful and considerate.

Great Antivirus Protection with great price very helpfull

Have used for 3 or years this same product and have had no trouble at all. Easy download and their customer service and website are most helpful.

Webeoot offers very good protection while online for multiple devices. I like that it runs frequent scans automatically.
