    I purchased Webroot, an American based company, 5 years ago, and have been with them since. I've had no problems, viruses, or malware. Previously I had McAfee. I recommend Webroot over others.

    It’s good for multiple items but, I had a hard time trying to figure out to install it in all my devices. Tech support did not answer all of my questions. They should have written somewhere that their box no longer contained a disk to install. They just had a piece of cardboard with vague instructions on it inside the box.

    I purchased virus protection from Best Buy store because of the convenience and product availability. I am learning to trust and value the knowledge and experience of most sales people I come in contact with upon visiting the store.     The product itself is great. Works well and does what it's supposed to do. But the installation was a problem because the instructions had been updated but not on the one I purchased.

    I had Webroot in the past. It is a great program and you can rely on the security of the program as well. When I purchased the new Computer the program came with it. Later I forgot to renew it. Now that I have it I will not let it expire. Thank you.
