Hard drive failure on my laptop needed help for data recovery from the failed hard drive and help in restoring the operating system and other programs. Geek Squad did a great job.

Got a subscription to Webroot with Best Buy's TotalTech membership, and I have to say it's easy and convenient to use. The security software runs in the background, and also runs parallel with Microsoft's Windows Defender without any problems. The scan user interface and reports are easy to read and interpret even for the PC beginner.

I'm not super tech literate and always worry about virus infections, hacks and other problems that could happen to my upgraded computer. I'd hate something bad to happen to my expensive investment. With Webroot security I don't have to worry as much and feel more assured that my information and investment is protected against bugs and other viruses.

Easy to install, and easy to run scans. So far, no issues.

I've bought many desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers and iPads from my local Best Buy for years. I've had the Geek Squad since they started. I've used various security systems and still had problems and needed repairs. Since I got Webroot recommended by Best Buy over five years ago....I have not had my laptop in for any repairs due to viruses. I really believe in Webroot. Thanks Best Buy.

Fairly easy to install on multiple platforms. Worth the money for the piece of mind and needed protection.

Easy and awesome security with antivirus system that is effective and friendly to navigate. it is better than my older antivirus system that i used. It also has an easy configuration and adjustable settings. This device will work on android unlike my previous antivirus system clammed and will go up to 10 devices. Love this guys.
