No CD's in boxes

Another was sent and 2nd box was also empty. A definite problem. I will be requesting a third Webroot and hope a CD is in the box

Bad Software

I spent hours to getting this program off my MacBook Pro and all it did was caused me nothing but problems. I had to get a hold of Apple support to get this program off and they do not recommended at all!!

Webroot slow down computer startup

Got renewal last September and after installation, when every I turn on my lap top, it takes 10-15 minutes to load everything. Bad product. Now trying to remove it and found that this software does not come with de-installation feature. Now need to figure out how to solve the problem. Anyone has solution?
