    I still get a virus every few weeks that freezes my desk top and says I need to call a number provided at Microsoft to clear it up. It's a scam to get my bank information. I have to unplug the desk top completely for a short while, then plug it back in and the message is gone. I thought an anti-virus protection would prevent this.
