It does what it’s supposed to do with no issues. It doesn’t have a million pop-ups or cause your computer to have a meltdown when your service expires unlike certain other antivirus software services. I plan to continue to use Webroot in the future.

It's a scam to get my bank information. I have to unplug the desk top completely for a short while, then plug it back in and the message is gone. I thought an anti-virus protection would prevent this.

When I originally switched from another anti-virus (can't remember the name) Webroot found and removed several viruses the other anti-virus had missed. The only downsides are that the subscription begins the day/moment you buy it and when you add a new subscription you lose any days that were remaining on a previous subscription.
