I think this is the Best one out there in protection plus I have had this for years

I love the protection I get with Webroot. When I originally switched from another anti-virus (can't remember the name) Webroot found and removed several viruses the other anti-virus had missed. The only downsides are that the subscription begins the day/moment you buy it and when you add a new subscription you lose any days that were remaining on a previous subscription.

Works well, easy install, and good price for a year

Webroot is great virus protection software. It is a good price. It does an outstanding scanning for viruses and protecting your devices.

I enjoy the ease of using Webroot. It is a good security program.

I bought this on sale... I always get my antivirus before Christmas. For under $20 it's hard to beat. To get 6 devices covered is excellent. Webroot has never let me down.

I have used Webroot for 4 years. It has kept my computer from viruses so I am happy with it.

This product caused me nothing but grief. Not because the product is bad, but because webroots customer support is not integrated with Bestbuy's and Geek Squad's departments. I had purchased this over the phone and first the sales person didn't get the right product to me. I picked up the product from the local Bestbuy because I wanted a hard copy of the key code, well all you get is a cardboard sheet with the key code and not a disk, so save yourself some money with that. Also, apparently when you buy it over the phone and pick it up at the store, you can't return it to the store for a refund, so that was a pain as well. I spent several hours on the phone with Bestbuy, Geek Squad, and Webroot tech support trying to get this returned and removed from my accounts with a constant merry go round because none of the support numbers work for this kind of thing and nobody could actually do anything to deal with this. Terrible integration between Bestbuy and their Webroot product offering, and Geek Squad I found out can't help at all. I finally found a contact phone number for Webroot sales and got a number from the nice lady there to the tech support which didn't help at all, but after calling sales again, Michael from sales gave me a number to Webroot cancel subscription and refund and after calling them twice, I got a refund and the subscription canceled. I have a pending refund on my credit card, so at least I know that got done. The product code still shows active in my Webroot account, but they told me it would take about a week to process all this. We will see. Suffice it to say, Bestbuy and Webroot are not a integrated system even though their contact info sends you back and forth to each other. Hours of wasted time to resolve this and not sure I am done yet. The product itself is great and I have used it for years, renewing, upgrades, and subscription help sucks. But that is just my horror story

Recommended by sales representative. I’m not computer savvy when it comes to anti-virus products, and after using Norton where I still had some random pop-up I went with what representative suggested and have had no issues! Easy to install- again I’m not computer savvy but instructions were very easy!

Nice and easy to install and the store manager was very helpful getting the write product for my computers

This software does not seem to put a large or heavy load on my PC. It runs in the background not knowing that it there. It seems to be doing its job by keeping pop ups and malware off my computers. I'm happy so far with this software and will recommend it.

Have used Webroot for years with NO problems, Do a lot of web searching but still NO problems.

Hi Excellent product.. the computer works perfect.

I had Kaspersky.. Thought it was working the way I expected...then subscription ended. Decided on buyin webroot. SOOO happy I did. My pc had a glich a wi dow kept blinking very annoying. No idea why..Kaspersky never fixed it. As soon as I loaded Webroot. The glitch was gone. So Very Pleased
