This product caused me nothing but grief. Not because the product is bad, but because webroots customer support is not integrated with Bestbuy's and Geek Squad's departments. I had purchased this over the phone and first the sales person didn't get the right product to me. I picked up the product from the local Bestbuy because I wanted a hard copy of the key code, well all you get is a cardboard sheet with the key code and not a disk, so save yourself some money with that. Also, apparently when you buy it over the phone and pick it up at the store, you can't return it to the store for a refund, so that was a pain as well. I spent several hours on the phone with Bestbuy, Geek Squad, and Webroot tech support trying to get this returned and removed from my accounts with a constant merry go round because none of the support numbers work for this kind of thing and nobody could actually do anything to deal with this. Terrible integration between Bestbuy and their Webroot product offering, and Geek Squad I found out can't help at all. I finally found a contact phone number for Webroot sales and got a number from the nice lady there to the tech support which didn't help at all, but after calling sales again, Michael from sales gave me a number to Webroot cancel subscription and refund and after calling them twice, I got a refund and the subscription canceled. I have a pending refund on my credit card, so at least I know that got done. The product code still shows active in my Webroot account, but they told me it would take about a week to process all this. We will see. Suffice it to say, Bestbuy and Webroot are not a integrated system even though their contact info sends you back and forth to each other. Hours of wasted time to resolve this and not sure I am done yet. The product itself is great and I have used it for years, renewing, upgrades, and subscription help sucks. But that is just my horror story

great product, protect your devices very well from outside harms

You're getting Anti-virus, Anti-malware, Anti-ransomeware and Anti-phishing protection, all in one suite. Very fast scans, even with advanced scan settings! Compared to Norton, it's just as capable. I've had both. And Webroot is famous for its Spy Sweeper.

I had this installed December 2019 on my new computer when I purchased it from Best Buy. Worked great, no problems, virus, malware, etc. So when the year expired I purchased it and installed. I recommend this security software.

Have used Webroot Security for years, and have had no issues with it. Does what we want it to do to protect our phones/computers.

Seems to be a nice virus protection. It's not up and in your face every five minutes and runs in the background. You can also run scans yourself and it provides you with coverage for multiple devices. Great quality.

I was told that Webroot is the Virus protection that the Geek Squad uses . For this reason. I always purchase Webroot to protect my laptops. It’s also a great price for 6 devices!

Why require 50 characters? What a waste on the fingers. A straightforward great product should be enough.
