Every time i go to yahoo after reading a few stories i get a pop up that counts down and says windows has been infected. Webroot scan never shows anything at all.

There is no other Antivirus like Webroot available on the market currently. We use advanced heuristics and are a cloud based system. We are also the lightest antivirus on the market.
I still have problems in my laptop.

But my laptop having problems i never had before like the redirect and advertisement windows pop up all the time.

Webroot software was supposedly easy to install, however this copy was troublesome for my laptop and Geeksquad pointed at Webroot and Webroot pointed at Geeksquad. I will not purchase a Webroot product again.

There is a way to enter the new license; from the main interface, click on the My Account gear on the right hand side of the program. On the keycode tab in the Activate an new keycode field, enter your keycode and click the activate button. The keycode will be twenty characters long. If you need assistance with this, please contact the Best Buy Assurance Center at 1-800-433-5778 and ask them for your new keycode.
