Always go to Best Buy online stores it’s a mess

I hate returning items could be a hassle better to go directly to a store like Best Best Buy to purchase your item, any problem, easy to go back and replace

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not really sure how I should review this, considering it was included free with purchase of a Microsoft Surface Go 2... which does not allow installation of this product. The Surface Go 2 runs Windows 10 in S Mode, which only allows installation of apps from the Microsoft Store, which does not have this particular app available. Sure, there's a way to convert Win10 S Mode to regular Win10, but there's no going back once that's done, and might cause a drop in stability. Not worth it, at least for me. Now the good news is that this is available on 3 devices. I have successfully installed it on a circa-2018 Dell Inspiron as well as a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, which is... fine? It's alright, but free alternatives are out there (looking at you, BitDefender!) that do most of the same. Unless you REALLY need an all-in-one app for antivirus, security, password managing, system analysis, and *checks notes* a... replacement for the task manager?... there are so many other apps out there that you're probably already invested in.

I installed this in my windows computer and MacBook , it is easy to use and install. But beware if you try to uninstall this in mac and install another internet security software, you’ll get an error message that there’s still an antivirus program installed.

Good product

So, I called the geek squad, they helped me quick and easy. It takes getting use to. I think webroot is great although, I would not use it for banking apps and stuff dealing with bank accounts.
