Easy to install and works well on virus and malware. Did miss a couple of virus attempts but they never got through firewall so worked well.

Got this free for 6 months with the purchase of my new computer. It was extremely easy to install and works very well. We'll see how it goes over the next few months. This may be one I actually purchase when my free time is up.

This is a great antivirus software. The Internet security has kept my computer safe for 4 months now. And the anti-virus part works like a charm. The definitions are always updated for the most current virus. Now I feel secure on the web every time I am looking for something.

I have been using Norton for years but when I purchased a new laptop for my wife from Best Buy I thought I would try the free subscription to WebRoot. It is very is to use and seems to everything that Norton does.

saved me from a couple virus files already. I didn't renew after the free membership expired but it worked great and wasn't invasive or annoying with popups. I would definitely consider renewing in the future.

Can't use this on my new chromebook or cell phone, Not sure why Best Buy even added it as free item with this purchase. Now I am trying to cancel the subscription's "automatic" renewal - DON'T want to be charged form this!! -- Have made numerous calls to Best Buy only to be transferred many times and then left on Hold upwards of 20 minutes+. WebRoot told me I had to cancel the auto-renewal thru Best Buy. This has been a pain. Probably ok for PC buyer --

So far, this seems to be working. I have used Norton for years and I was hacked more than once. I've been using Webroot for about a month now, and thank God I've seen no evidence of being hacked. I had to play around with it for a little while to get it to work, as it seems this has been formatted for mobile devices originally. If you have trouble don't worry, just be patient because it did take a little while to get it on my computer.
