The virus protection plan is amazing. The best part is that it lets me still do the things I want to do, without blocking things and not letting me bypass them. Which is something I’ve dealt with with other virus protection in the past. It gives me control and let’s me make my own decisions, yet still warns me of issues and keeps my laptop safe. It gives me peace of mind to have it protecting my laptop, but if I don’t think about it, it’s like it’s not even there which is great. It does the work but leaves me in control. I definitely recommend it. Best Buy gifted me 6 months with the purchase of my laptop but I will definitely continue to use it even after the 6 months are up.

Pretty good. Often times these software packs bog down (Macafee I'm looking at you) your PC. Haven't seen any major performance hit. I don't have a lot of software on my system or often go beyond a few trusted sites, so I'm not the ideal candidate for this, but it has nailed a few medium-security risks that other antivirus apps missed. So, In all, I'm happy.

Works fine I guess. Just kind of sits on my Chromebook and does nothing. I think it did block a potentially malicious website a couple times. I'm not sure how you would get malware on a Chromebook anyway. They are impervious to ransomware as far as I know.

I have found that Webroot seems to allow my computer to run faster than other similar products I have used. It was quick and easy to install. I installed it on three computers, and there have been no freezes, lags, or hang-ups--this was not the case with the other virus protectors I have used. I received this as part of a package with my Lenovo computer purchase. So far I haven't had any threats that discombobulated my computer. Therefore it simply works. Mostly background. Does not use a lot of resources to accomplish its tasks - unlike many other products. I was able to install it onto multiple devices using the same subscription code. I do wish it had been a 12 month subscription instead of a 6 month as I rotate through just about all of my equipment annually. I'd recommend Webroot to others...
