My computer had been hacked and took it to be totally cleaned and the GEEK Squad suggested it and told me about the protection I will have and I can load it on two other pieces of equipment, well worth the money and now feel safe again.

I've had Kasperski protection for years through Best Buy but have heard some bad reviews on the News lately. I called my Geek Squad and they confirmed they no longer offer that protection. They offered WEBROOT and I have faith in their judgment. I LOVE these guys and will tout their praises to the rooftops.

Did not use this product, but still have it. unfortunately the plan ran out before i could use it so i gave it a 4/5 score. should be permitted to use it even years after if not activated immediately after purchase.

Love everything about the Fitbit Charge 2, except the phone notifications scroll so fast I rarely get the text msg or see who is calling. I love the secure band! It automatically senses when I'm sleeping, walking, climbing steps, etc. so I don't have to change any settings to get it to track that activity.

This replaced a 6 year old Sony 60" and is a significantly improvement in color, brightness, sharpness, and contrast. Very happy with this purchase. The picture quality when viewed from an extreme side angle is unbelievable.

This purchase was great. We had been to several stores, comparing various products & also reading reviews online. We decided to go with this product b/c of many good reviews & getting it for a much lower price. It works great!

Basing my trust in Webroot on the Geek Squad recommendations. Much of the detail seems obscured or I have not assimilated the working aspects yet. I like to see what is happening as an event proceeds and observe the details, not sure if that is possible in this software. Again, trust in the Geeks.

Many people think these plans are "Scams" to get your money. But they pay for themselves considering how often technology breaks on people. We always buy one and have yet to not use it! Free fixing and replacements is great!

I bought this computer for my husband. I have to tell you how much I love it! The touch screen is just sensitive enough, the size is perfect for travel in a small handbag, it's fast and easy to use. Absolutely no complaints!

I went to the Geek Squad and purchased what I needed and the Squad loaded to my laptop. Everything went well and quickly. They treated me with respect. The products are doing exactly as described. I'm very happy.

I use charter/ spectrum internet and with their supplied router the speed of my internet was 1/2 of what is advertised to be. with the change out to the NetGear R7000 the speed to my computer was doubled.

I like the concept of Secure Anywhere in that updates are not downloaded, the database of malware is in the cloud. The protection appears to be complete both email and web browsing. Am I missing something?

Easy installation, does not appear to interfere with normal computer use while running in the background. Have a lot of co-workers that use this same product and have for quite a while with no problems.

moved into a new house and purchased Sony TV, HP computer, HP printer, Geek squad protection and service. got bonus points and were able to apply them to my purchases. great program.

Took my Dell computer in for a simple fix. My anti virus protection had expired. Geek Squad recommended this so I purchased 3 year plan. Works well with no problems at all.

I appreciate the slim design, style of keys, and ease of use/functionality of the touchpad and buttons. The only reason I had to buy this second one was because my first Envy got fried due to a bad plug adapter while traveling in Europe.

after having webroot anti-spyware for a year, I was very satisfied, so I purchased an additional 3 yr subscription. works great and has added features such as system review.

I have 3 computers and they are protected by this highly recommended software. The transition from my previous security software was almost seamless and without issue.
