If you received this at no charge with the purchase of a new computer at BestBuy, then you are ahead. It's better than many programs of its type. However, know that the one year license begins - NOT with the date you install it - but rather on the date you purchase the computer. If you set it aside and do not install this product for a couple of months, you've lost a couple of months on your license. Why might you not install it right away? It does not play nice with all antivirus and antimalware software. So if you already have something on the computer that comes with it, preinstalled, you'll have to make a choice. My notebook came with McAfee already installed on it. Plus I already own a product I purchased some time ago. I decided to give each one a try, and I started with the program already installed on my laptop. A couple of months later I took that off and tried the one I already owned. Then after a while, I took that off and installed webroot. So long as I was only using one of these products, there didn't seem to be much difference. So I just left webroot on - and a handful of months later it came up for renewal. I protested. I had gotten a year's license free with my BestBuy purchase! That's when I learned the license for webroot begins the day you purchase the computer, not the day you first install the program. Hmmm..... I'll let you decide how you feel about that. I did not renew.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security (3-Device) fits all my needs at home. It is easy to use and my wife and I are satisfied with the program's performance. We have had no problems. I recommend it.

This item came free with the purchase if a pc, and has performed very well since it a installed. No issues whatsoever.

I got Webroot for both my laptop and desktop and seems to be doing a good job, no issues with security. The only problem I have had with both purchases (the 2nd was a free copy that came with desktop) was that when you peel off the label to get security code, it doesn't peel cleanly and the code is not readable. Just call Geek Squad and they get you a #, do not talk to sales associate, they do not know that you can get another # from the store. No big deal, just a hassle.

Had geek squad set this up for us ---- so glad we went with Webroot - - -- The Price was right for 2 years ---- So far it has eliminated any viruses that may have tried to attack us. Would buy again

It was easy to put on the computer and so far has kept my computer clean of viruses. So overall it's a decent product

This works better and was better without slowing down my computer and is priced than the Norton anti-virus program I was using on my home computer.

This product came with the purchase of my Surface Pro. It was fairly easy to install - and I am not a technically literate person compared to my husband. I don't know how much this has helped in the short-term but know this kind of protection for my security is necessary. I tend to judge things up front and assume that they all function in a similar manner as different technologies evolve - and the software is hopefully updated. For me, this was an easy software to use.

I installed this security system on my computer because I was tired of McVee. McVee seemed to slow my computers down a lot when it was installed and if I let my subscription expire to install a different one, my computers would slow way down and sometimes quit working altogether. So far this security system does not seem to slow down the operation speed but I'm not sure how it will react if I go back to my old security software which I use for online gaming.

We got this free with the computer we purchased. It seems to do what it is suppose to. It was easy to install.

Like I said, this software came with my 2nd ASUS PC and I'm glad it did. Not only does it handle any worry dealing with dangers it will flag you when heading to a questionable website. I have it on three machine and there hasn't been any attacks. I've used Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, AVG and two more that I don't recall their names. All of them let some type of malware, trojan or virus come through. Webroot has never let me down.

I've been using Webroot for a few years now. It is a dependable product, which has kept our laptops safe from major virus protection. The price from Best Buy can't be beat either!

It is easy to install and very light weighted. So far, not experienced any heckling or virus on Mac product

very helpful employee installed in-store for me and so far, so good. I have had zero issues with security regarding my computer. I suppose it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.

I can't complain about the price. It does a good job keeping my computer safe. After the 1-year subscription finishes, I plan to use the free Norton protection I get from my ISP.

This is the first time using Webroot. So far we have had no problems with our computer. The Best Buy associates were great and had it installed before taking the computer home.
