Signed up for total tech when making a bunch of purchases. Cancelled total tech but this stayed on and continues to charge eith no way to cancel

Good product. Renewal was easy. Best Buy sends you an email three weeks in advance to confirm everything including payment method. This avoids any errors going forward. Afterwards they send an email confirming everything.

This a subscription that cane with a product and now I am not able to cancel after the free period.

I never went out of my way to sign up for this and now there is an auto renewal connected to this.

My credit card information was hacked both different times getting on a hotel wifi 2 different times woth the same laptop, the only time in my life this has ever happened was using hotel wifi so no to me it didnt protect anything, thankfully I noticed right away and cancled my cards

Horrible product. My accounts got hacked on a daily basis. Best Buy won't let you cancel your subscription without talking to some tech in India for an hour.

Is this a charge of $ 200 for ‘Total Tech fee ?? Or — is this for an add-on for “web root —“ what ever THAT IS? And I bought 4 computers whjch is this fee pertaining to???

I would like to renew but cannot find renewal cost anywhere!
