This is a great security system for viruses. Has done very well for my laptop. I am very pleased with it and feel safe!

OK, It seems to be working fine and being in the cloud doesn't add to computer clutter. Yeah!

Good antivirus for my computer. Better than some of the others

Having the Geek Squad support is excellent and it's so nice to be able to either call them or go online and chat about any issue with the computer. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help resolve your questions or problems. We have always renewed our contract and plan on keeping the Geek Squad support every year! Excellent Service.

I bought this with purchase of laptop computer and TV.

I'm glad I chose this product. I have not had any virus issues, perhaps because it's doing its job. What I like its my system still runs just as fast as before. Webroot has a good reputation and I still stand by it.

I thought getting this laptop would be hard to learn to use since I was still using Windows 7 and my old one was so slow but, I had to get up to date and I'm glad I did. This Dell was a good choice.

After having to use this on several occusions, This is some thing I would never go without... it is extremely helpful and for people who are not an expert, this is great ..

Since I couldn't leave my old computer and new computer with the Geek Squad to have the information transferred. I used an external hard drive to transfer some of the info, but the Geek Squad was able to remotely get my new computer set up. Loved it. Then my husband and I moved into a vacation spot and we needed help with setting up the cable tv, the internet, etc., again I called them. Everything electronic was included in my contract so each time I needed help I called them and they were able to help. Will definitely make use of this contract.

webroot is a great product in many ways. As a stand alone product it is awesome, but add the support of the Geek Squad and it can't be beat.

Kind and courteous service. Talked to me as an adult, not a number. Contacted several times to make sure everything was all right

Once you finally get to the person who will help it's usually all completed via remote chat. Would prefer live audio.
