We have used the service twice since purchase and are very pleased with the assistance.

Purchased an annual service plan when I had trouble with my laptop (had not purchased one at the time I got it). Geek Squad member gave me accurate information and suggested the plan as it was more affordable than paying a service cost. Made sense, and was not a hard sell or high pressure, so I was glad to get it. You never think you will need it, but when something DOES happen, boy, it's worth it!

So far so good. Easy to setup and great protection for all my devices and it's free.

I took the laptop to the Geek Squad to resolve an issue with the laptop I purchased on May 31, 2017. They did a diagnostic on the computer and stated that they removed two viruses and it should hook back up to the wifi at home. When we returned home, the computer still would not connect. We called for another appointment the next day. They could not duplicate the problem. We requested that we be allowed to return the laptop and purchase an IPad. Ultimately we got Todd, an assistant manager who told us we could not do that since they could not duplicate the problem. We came home and called our internet provider who tested our router. He said the router was ok and asked me if I had windows 10. I replied yes, he said that Windows 10 had. A major flaw that caused the problem. He changed our network name which solved the problem. Next he told me to google Windows 10 will not connect to wifi. That site gives a step by step procedure to solve the issue permanently. The call to Spectrum took,less than 10 minutes to resolve the issue.

Our sales person talked us into this insurance. I wasn't sure it was necessary. We only had this laptop about 6 weeks when something got in my computer and locked it up. Geek squad identified it as a scam, they unlocked my computer and made it perfect again. Best money we spent.

Geek Squad has been perfect both in-store and at home When they came to my house, they were professional extremely knowledgeable and saved me from listening to my husband's outburst when he would have definitely got frustrated. I would recommend this service in a heartbeat.

LOOOOONG time to do a PC fix; then telephone message to call back doesn't give any call back number or extension. call backs end up as a horror story, with message transfer to so remote store. No prompt return call , only another lousey message, so the telephone tag continues, on and on and on and....

geek squad set my computer up for me , went over a few items with me, and I was on my way... they're friendly and knowledgable... I would not hesitate calling on them in the future....very happy with the crew in my area....

Awesome service. My computer was infected and they spent a week cleaning, repairing and reapplying all the info I had. I thought I would have to buy another laptop, but they saved me again. Thank you!

We have been using both Geek Squad, and WebRoot for years. Now we apply those products and services to every electronic purchase we make. They have never let us down. Honest and thorough.

I bought it to primarily watch sports in my man cave. The 240 htz proved worth it's while. The sound is not great but I intend to add a Samsung soundbar if one goes on sale.
