Honestly, not sure the year subscription is worth the price. Definitely suggest you make an appointment and not just walk in to see the Geek Squad. You have to log into your account to make n appointment online which is a pain.

We have contacted the Geek Squad for help with problems or questions, that best they could do was a 2 hour wait time for them to call us back. The worst was 8 hours!!!!!!! WILL NOT renew this service.
