I ordered 2 of these 25 pound kettlebells. Only 1 was delivered. I had to work this 3rd party seller, myself instead of getting help directly from Best Buy to track down the 2nd one. Further, the 3rd party told me they messed up so they would overnight the missing kettlebell - they didn't!! Terrible experience. The product itself is of decent quality
