Frame issue causes screen to bulge at top

The screen was good but the frame has issues. The top edge of the frame would not align in a straight line. Due to this, the screen is bulging out at the top. When we use full screen, we can notice the bulge at the top of the screen.
We tried to reassemble it and tried to force it into a straight line but it still would not align in a straight line. This caused the bulge in the screen on the top.
