Easy to use, instructions are great but I would say the install isn’t for beginners unless you’re super careful. Needs a ground wire, very important, it won’t work otherwise. Great to use with a set of lights and awesome to control with Siri, Alexa, or Google Home. Love building up my smart home!

I have many WeMo switches and they all seem to work well. I try to stick with the main brands for my smart home tech and WeMo is one of those main brands. Works well with alexa and smart things. Once in a while, the switches lose connection with wifi, but they seem to fix themselves relatively quickly.

Good product, Installation was quick, I like the app and HomeKit integration.

I’ve been using the Caseta wireless Switches for a long time now, but I decided to try a WeMo switch as I had one more down in the basement that hadn’t been done. Wish I would’ve known about these from the beginning as they are half the price and work just as well. I highly suggest you purchased this if you’re interested in a smart switch. You can’t beat the price or the functionality

I had an older Wemo light that lasted several years. I replaced it with this newer model. It is easy to wire it to your power box. But it can take time and be a little tricky to get the light connected to the Wemo App. But once I got it connected it has been working fine. Love the convenience of turning my outdoor light off and on remotely.

This smart switch works very well with Alexa. Easy to set up routines with other Wemo smart switches to control lights in different parts of the home. Like all smart switches, the biggest issue is installation, but I just opted to pay a professional to make sure it was installed correctly.

The set up process when installing the product was the only tough part because you have to turn off the houses power and make sure the wires are connected. But once installed, it has connected to apple HomeKit and the wemo app every single time. No hiccups or errors. Works great!

Great product. Easy to install. It’s great that a hub is not required. App is easy to use and to create “rules” for how I want the lights to function. I installed these for all of my exterior lights (which go on at dusk and off at sunrise), my bathroom fans (which turn off after 30 minutes), and my pool filter.

Love the easy design and operation. However the WEMO app tends to lose connection, but Alexa app shows the swith active. I stopped using WEMO app. On and off connection problem. Lutron Caseta worked better.

This switch is exactly what i was looking for. I have 3 porch lights that are connected to a single switch. I turn them on every night after sunset and off whenever I wake up in the morning. I found this and was excited that i could set a timer for the lights to turn on and off at certain times everyday instead of having to remember to turn the lights on/off myself. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because during the initial setup process I was having an issue with the Apple Home app finding the device. I wasnt able to set it up through just the Wemo app so I had to open and close both the Wemo and Apple Home app a few times before it finally found the device and allowed me to add it. I then bought two Wemo smart plugs and they also did the same thing. Not a deal breaker, just beware it will take some patience during setup. But since then it has worked flawlessly! I bought another switch for my next door neighbors who also turn their porch loghts on daily as I do.

Sleek modern look and smart capabilities are very useful. I plan on upgrading a lot more of my switches with this. I just wouldn’t recommend them for bedrooms because they are a little too bright at night for that; thats one of the reasons that I like them everywhere else though.

The installation was mostly smooth. I needed to switch the black wires because I installed them in reverse but as soon as I had the switch in an operable state I was able to have the lights which are controlled by this switch programed to come on and turn off as needed in mere minutes. I'm really enjoying the functionality.
