I like them because of the quality of the physical switch. However they are prone to connection issues and can be hard to set up with your Wi-Fi.

Ver good quality product and easy to set-up and use.

Easy install. Need to make sure you have common/white wire before you buy. Modern day timer for outside lights, plus I can remotely turn them on and off. I have 3 of these, and on of the 3way switches, plus 7 wemo outlet plugs

This smart switch is great. You can tell a Google home device or Alexa to turn on the light without having to grope in the dark across the room. We also use one of these to control the ceiling fan, which works great in the middle of the night when a hot flash flares up. LOL

The Z-wave switch I had for 2 years died so I looked for a replacement that was compatible with Apple HomeKit. It was easy to setup and has been working flawlessly. Just note that the smart switches do take up more space when you are installing them. If you have not installed one, that can be the most difficult part.

I love this smart light switch. It was easy to put in. It hooks up right to alexa. The only downfall was setting it up on my phone. The app crashed a few times. It took me about 20 min to get it all set up in my phone. Otherwise, no complaints!

Works great! My only complaint is I wish the wire was not braided but not a big deal. Install was easy and connecting it to Google Home was easy as well. I was a little hesitant to purchase something from Wemo because I had a bad experience a few years ago but this item works fine.

I was able to connect and have my routers and Apple Home Pod recognize and activate the device. It was a pretty simple set up. Sadly I had to return it because the switch was deeper in dimensionally than the space in my socket. I may have an electrician open up the space a bit more and then maybe try again.

This product does what is says.I found it to be easy install. My wires happen to be the same colors so installation was easy. Only problem had to really shove wires into the box to make the switch fit.

Capable, no frills remote light switch. Simple installation. I wish the app had a feature which turns on the switch at a random time within a time window.... to give the ‘at home’ impression to someone casing your house :O

Set up was easy, install like normal light switch. Download app. Once you turn power back on, look through wifi, connect with switch, on app name switch, you're done. You dont need the amazon dot or Google either. Can if you want though.

These switches are fantastic. I used to have a hub and light network but found these to be so much more effective. I have placed these on every light I consider critical for security or where I want automation. These are now my preference for a smart home light setup.

I purchased these switches to allow me the ability to control my lights via Alexa and my phone, which they do. The set-up was easy once you identify the live wire( not all houses uses black for the live wire), but once you get through that I was able to set-up the others switches in about 10 min (each).

Not so many of these in-wall switches work w/ Apple Home. Easy to setup, I had no issue finding the common wire in my outlet box to it always gets power to hook to WiFi etc... very happy w it as my outside lights can now be setup to turn on/off w/ sunrise/sunset via Apple Automation.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. Our outside flood light switch is in our bedroom and the back door is on the opposite side of the house. With this switch I can use HomeKit to turn the light on/off from anywhere in the house.

I am a big fan of the Wemo light switches. I have a variety of switches and plugs. Fairly easy to install. I installed this to control a ceiling fan in my master bedroom and works without any issues. I replaced a dimmer switched that I attempted to control the fan with.

great to have in kids' rooms so we don't leave the house with lights on in the bedrooms. or to make sure the teenager actually goes to sleep at night. easy to use from the phone/apple homekit.

I decided to convert my kitchen and bedroom to smart switches along with some lamps via the smart plugs. I have a vast technology background, designing and configuring international corporate networks so I understand networks, IP addresses, WiFi etc. Setup was not smooth, it was difficult to get the switches seen and connected to the Wemo app and then get it to talk to Apple Kit. I got 4 light switches and four plugs. I finally got them all connected and talking to my Home Pod after many hours. It worked great for a few months, setting up sceens, say good night and my bedroom lights would go out and the ceiling fan on. Say kitchen on and boom, all lights in the kitchen turned on ... but after a few months I had to keep resetting the switches to get them to connect to the network and finally there was no response from any of the switches. I even removed all of them from the configuration of both Apple and Wemo apps, re install them and they’d work for a day and stop. I gave it two stars since it did work initially. My ceiling fan is on a smart switch from Eve, I’ve not had a single problem with it..works every time. If you like playing with stuff like this and enjoy the challenge of trouble shooting stuff this could be an interesting project. If you want to install it and forget it, you might look elsewhere. I wasted a Few hinders dollars and a lot of time.
