Under warranty, but would have to pay to ship it back, which for the price of the TV doesn’t seem worth it. Two friends purchased the same TV on my recommendation, both love it. No reply from customer support website.

I can finally access my cable provider, Spectrum thru an app on the Roku site. Only drawback is that people have a pale skin tone. When you sit in front of the TV, this problem goes away.

I'd gotten it on sale and it was more than what I'd asked for. It had all the basic "Smart TV" features and was light enough to drag with me where I went.

Why is there a delay for the video?

The audio is there immediately but the video requires about five minutes to show up.
