Good deal when it’s on sale, perfect for kids room

Resolution is only 720p but that’s fine at 32 inches. Contrast isn’t great, but still loads better the. Anything from 5 years ago. Roku is a great platform and it’s built in here. It can be a touch slow, but I’m comparing it to a much more expensive Roku TV that I have, it’s still very usable. This is an ideal TV for a kids room or a dorm room.

Great for both cord-cutting & back-to-campus

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After falling in love with my Mom's Roku smart TV while visiting her on vacation this summer, we decided to find our own Roku TV. This Westinghouse model was on sale as a "back-to-campus" special, and was just the right size to fit on our existing TV stand. We had watched a few YouTube videos on how to unbox and set up a Roku TV, and were able to do that and set up a Roku account without any problems. We found plenty of totally-free streaming TV channels, and between those, a subscription to Sling TV (for our favorite news channel), and our existing Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts, we felt completely comfortable cancelling our Dish TV subscription. (We did upgrade our internet service to the next higher speed to accomodate the heavier use and streaming video, though.) Even though the 720p screen resolution is supposedly the same as our previous TV, it seems sharper, and certainly the price was far cheaper than that of our first LCD TV years ago. We are very satisfied with our purchase!
