Other than terrible speakers, it's a decent TV. Picture is fine.

I like this tv a lot: it was worth the price for sure. The speakers aren't the best but it's nothing major a sound bar can fix that.

Picture quality is great. Sound isn't great, in fact the speakers blew in seven months.

I bought this for a spare bedroom, it was around $115. Picture is fine nothing special, the only thing I do not care for is the speakers, the sound on this thing is very flat.

This TV was easy to set up and the picture was ok, but the sound was terrible. It sounded like the speakers were busted so I returned it and bought a different brand. Best Buy customer service was very helpful with my return.

This Westinghouse is supposedly an HDTV but the picture is blurry for moving objects, which take a few seconds to resolve to HD. The internal audio speakers can only be described as junk...tinny and poor sound like a 1952 car speaker. I am returning it in favor of a 32" Vizio E-Class Smart TV that is only slightly more expensive but a much better TV.

Very light weight tv compared to my old one. Picture is great. The sound is a bit low, probably due to the placement of the speakers. Hopefully it lasts!

I bought this as a temp TV for when I was on the Road and it's worked great. Sound is very loud for a stock speaker. I'm tempted to buy the larger version of this to replace the one in my house. It's been solid for Games, TV and for watching even my Firestick.

This TV is fine if you need a cheap TV for something. The picture quality is acceptable. The speaker are not very good. The remote isn't the best but it works. I got this TV on sale for $100 and that's why I bought it.

Overall this tv was a good value, the picture is very clear and I use it for my kids room. The sound from the speakers is not too great, it sounds kinda shrill, sometimes I need to turn up the volume to hear the voices well but then the effects are too loud. I will connect external audio to it in the future. If sound quality is important to you without using extra speakers I might find something else. Other than that it has been a good working tv for 6 months so far.

Looked for a basic inexpensive tv for use in a 3 season room. Needed to be light and bright. Only con is volume and speakers are wimpy. Good picture for inexpensive screen. Will probably add sound bar to round it out. Overall very pleased.

So, this TV is pretty good. For the price, it really is a great bargain. Has a beautiful display. All my systems and my soundbar connect to it with no problem. The remote works fine. My only issue with it, is that the speakers are a bit underwhelming. Other than that, it's a wonderful TV!

    Poor audio options

I had an older Westinghouse 28" hooked to my computer and it worked fine so I thought a new Westinghouse would be at least as good. WRONG! The video displays fine but there is no way to get the audio from the computer to the TV speakers. I tried the audio port labeled PC IN, tried the optical port on TV and even the Red and White Component inputs all to no avail. Called Westinghouse customer support and was told I needed to contact my computer manufac. as it was a problem with my PC...IDIOTS. Anyway, I bought a speaker bar and hooked it up to the audio out on the PC and all is well. Basically, Westinghouse SUX on this model!

I bought this to replace my 10 yr old standard 20 in TV before it could break on me. The size is decent since I don't have a large living room. The picture is clear and I like the different picture options you get by just hitting one button. The downsides are that the antenna is not as strong as the one on my old TV. I hooked up an indoor antenna and it only picked up the station down the street (which the old TV, oddly, didn't) but it didn't pick up any others. And if the volume is 1/4 or so of the way to max level and whatever you are watching has a lot of bass tones, the speakers start sound tinny and have a vibration to it. I can hear it just fine the lower volume, so it doesn't happen often. Also, the AV connectors are a little touchy or maybe my cords are old. When I initially hooked up my DVD player, it didn't recognize it right away. I had to unplug and then plug them back in. I then tried connecting the VCR (yes, I still go old school) with a separate cord and I had to wiggle and make sure each connector was very snug before it recognized that cord. Now, I just switch the plugs on the back of the players rather than switch the plugs on the back of the TV. I don't have a player with HDMI yet, so I cannot comment on that feature.
