Westinghouse-Worst Customer Service EVER!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer Beware!! Westinghouse TV locked up on logo screen about 3 months after purchase. Westinghouse contacted for warranty. Westinghouse requires you to ship back tv at your own cost. They refuse to provide a shipping label (like Amazon would do). Shipping cost for tv is same as buying a new tv. They won't refund or credit without it. Basically, you're forced to pay for shipping = to cost of tv so they can refund you the amount of a tv. You're still out the cost of the original tv. Westinghouse - NEVER AGAIN.

Junk Westinghouse Horrible Service

Runs cable about 30 seconds then goes to a black screen with loading... on it and you can not do anything but turn off and back on. Called Westinghouse customer service and was told it was my cable box which works on a different television just fine. Cable company checked boxed and states no problems with box or service. Going back to store tomorrow and I will not be purchasing another Westinghouse anything ever again.

Not a true smart tv!

Cannot download other apps that you have subscribed to like Hulu or direct tv. The home screen is static if you do not have cable connected to it. Not worth it, spend $15 more get a real smart TV.

POOR WIFI
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two 32" smart tvs for my kids and they seem great until you need wifi. The connection never stays and the wifi info has to continuously be reentered. I will never by a Westinghouse again!
