Had read that this TV would freeze up, thought maybe I would be lucky, but after 4 days the TV froze while I was watching YouTube. Had to get out of bed and try to turn it off since the remote wouldn't work either. Eventually had to unplug the TV. Will be returning this TV today. Was also disappointed that its a SmartTV with only 6 apps. Couldn't add any additional apps to the TV which was also extremely disappointing.

I am really disappointed with this TV. After a day or two of using it, the TV cannot be turned off using the remote or the TV's power button. You have to unplug the unit to turn it off then plug it back in. It will work again for another two days.

The size is great for the price, but I had to connect my AppleTV to it. If you have to reset your wifi for any reason, the smartTV does not remember your password and you have to re-type it in each time. This is very annoying, as we are rural and have to reset ours frequently. However, it works GREAT now that it's connected to an AppleTV.

I purchased this tv unaware of the fact that you can only use the apps that are on the tv. This doesn't include Hulu, Spotify, Amazon Prime, or any of the common apps besides Netflix or Youtube. The whole point of a smart tv is to stream applications but you can't add or remove any on this tv. In order to do that you must purchase a fire stick or roku which defeats the purpose of buying a smart tv!!! I am very unhappy and will never purchase this brand again. The picture is ok, however it is slow so just a warning before purchasing.
