  • Buyer Be Aware of Westinghouse Warranty Loop Hole

    My RF cable plug fell off. It was under the warranty period, so I thought no problem. After pics & emails, customer service agreed & covered it under the warranty due to poor workmanship. Here is the catch....BUYER HAS TO PAY TO SHIP THE TV BACK TO WESTINGHOUSE....for me that was 1/2 the cost of the TV. The only service center offered to me was in California, I am on the East Coast.

    TV does not have a QAM tuner. They will not tell you this anywhere in their store or even on the package. If you do not know what QAM is, just look it up online. TV quality is trash...no signs of HD anywhere.
