For the amount of money we spent, we both felt like we got the best "bang for our buck". Every purchase from best buy has been a great experience. Thankful for a great brand as well as a great store to purchase it from.

reset to factory spec

I tried several attempts to update and finally had to reset to factory specs. I updated through the website with a thumb drive and works fine. If the down load would have worked at start up I would have given 5 stars.

Only thing for me (maybe just me) my TV didn’t have screw holes for the legs, so it felt like I was just screwing in the plastic. Other than that, TV has been working good.
