Customer service went above and beyond replacing it. Our family, us, my dad and my brother total of 9 tvs are Vizio. This 65 inch is the biggest. The picture is crisp sound is great. Would definitely recommend Vizio.

Sound lacking and sometimes need to reset when switching from streaming back to cable. Like it enough, we plan on doing away with cable and just do streaming thru Roku.

He was thrilled with the picture and the fact that Roku services were built into the TV rather than having a separate component. The HDMI ports that the TV provided is good as well.

It has apple cast so you can cast your phone to the tv, it is very responsive and when buttons are pressed it doesn't lag at all, and it has amazing picture quality and sound quality. Especially for the price that you are paying.
