    Best Buy? More like Bad Buy!

    I came across this great deal on a 50" TV for an upgrade in my new home. Didn't know much about the Westinghouse brand, but the reviews appears reliable enough. So, I bought the TV for a great price and received the first one two days later... with the screen shattered. I proceeded to contact BB to request a replacement, which arrived yesterday ( a shipping delay of four days compared to the original product). To my joy, the screen was not pulverized and I proceeded to install. Fast forward, there is an error in the HDMI input that every time I turn my television off and back on, I lose signal to the television. To troubleshoot, I brought my old TV back into the room to double check is wasn't my peripheral devices, and the everything worked fine (just on a smaller screen). My two cents... avoid this TV. Spend the extra money. I am about to return this second television for the refund, choose another online vendor (amazon), and pay more for a TV and be happy about it. You have failed here Best Buy, and you have lost the confidence of a lifelong purchaser who just loves to come to your brick and mortar locations to play with goodies. I am breaking up with you!

    sounds cuts off for a fraction of a second

    The TV worked OK, except for the sound which was cutting off sometimes every few minutes. It would cut off for a fraction of a second and then come back. I bought one westinghouse tv and had to return it because of this sound issue. Then, we exchanged the unit for a different tv of the same brand, but the new tv kept doing the same thing. I had to return the second one and will be buying another brand.

    The power cord was not connected and could heard rattling around inside the unit. We couldn't even turn it on to be able t say anything more about it. We returned this for a refund and went back to Vizio. Their TVs are better packaged for shipping and the cord gets plugged into the TV, avoiding the possibility of this situation.

    Ordered one and picked it up in store. Plugged everything in and the tv worked great.....for 5 minutes. Now it only shows a blank screen no matter what button I press. Very disappointing. Will be returning as soon as I get the chance and not going back to this brand.

    Was so happy to unbox it and set it up, plugged it in and the screen was all smashed up. The Best Buy app keeps telling me to try again later when I try to start a return, I don’t drive
