13 days since set up, and I can say I'm happy with my purchase. Initial setup was pretty easy, I already had a roku connected to the HDMI of my non-smart TV so not totally foreign to the remote. The tv picture was too dark, took a bit to figure out how to adjust (be nice to have better user guides). * > picture setting (and while tv brightness might work for you it didn't for me) then "customize picture" and you get the real adjustments for brightness. I didn't play with a lot of settings which like any setup could leave you wishing you ddn't mess with them, there is a "reset standard setting" which should get you back to the original settings. If all you inputs are dark, there is also "apply settings to all inputs". I set each input individually (antenna, computer, av etc) mainly since I didn't keep scrolling down since I was happy with my brightness setting and wasn't wanting to explore :-) Once that was figured out I would rate it as excellent for y eyes and viewing distance (11-12 ft) Sound is very good, a volume setting of 27 out of 100 is where I have it as I watch a movie on Netflix as I type this. I normally don't get the warranty, but I did go for the 5 year extended, since it is a led tv and for me it was low cost insurance if things start to get wonky. Cons: I would have liked an easier way to hide streaming channels I have no interest in, even if it was online or app driven, rather than hiding each channel separately. (of course I might have missed an easier way). I got it on sale, not available locally, did ship to store and the store got my order, an associate grabbed me a cart and sent me on my way. Nice and easy transaction. This is in the living room and replaces the 22" Insignia 1080 led I bought 5 years ago which is still working with no issues and will move to the downstairs family room. So my Best Buy purchases have been good so far.

Very simple setup. Recognized my Spectrum subscription automatically. Picture is clear and evenly lit for every seat in the living room. Built-in speakers are clear and easily heard throughout the living room. More input sockets than I have inputs. Light and easy to move single-handedly. Accepts screencasts from Android (haven't tried Apple devices yet). Super-simple remote. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This Westinghouse 4K smart tv was the perfect size for our room and gives us all the features it claims to have. Having the Roku built into the tv makes for better convenience and easy control. This is probably gonna be the best budget friendly tv you will find. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

No picture tv screen was not working... How to get a replacement... Customer service was good though they replaced it

I'm a huge fan of Roku TV's. For streaming TVs, I don't think there's a better choice because Roku basically offers every app (where some other streamers don't allow you to download certain apps), and Roku has its own free TV service. Works great, no issues with the picture or setup. Super great value here as well.

​I bought this 55-inch Westinghouse TV looking for a large, affordable 4K television with solid smart features, and it truly offers excellent value for the money. ​The 4K UHD picture quality with HDR is noticeable; colors are vivid, and the level of detail is much better than a traditional HD TV. While it won't compete with high-end OLED or QLED panels, the picture is fantastic for everyday use, movies, and sports. ​The built-in Smart Roku TV system is, without a doubt, its biggest selling point. It's extremely easy to use, incredibly fast for accessing all streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), and the setup was a breeze. ​The only weak point is the audio. As is common with many thin TVs, the sound quality is a bit basic, even with Dolby Audio support. I recommend pairing it with a soundbar for a complete, cinematic experience. ​Final Verdict: If your priority is getting a large 4K screen with a top-notch smart interface (Roku) at an unbeatable price, this Westinghouse TV is a highly recommended purchase. It exceeded my expectations for the cost.

I love this TV, super easy to Manage. It has Roku menu, the sound and image is super clear. It was relatively cheap compare to other devices with the same system. I highly recommend it

I’d had a ROKU device for many years & decided to simply buy a ROKU TV. I’m so glad I chose this HISENSE! It exceeded my expectations re picture quality, ease of setup. It’s performed 100% for almost 2 yrs. I use my iPhone as my one/only remote (ROKU Remote is GREAT (bye bye remote clutter)! Bluetooth pairs easily with my over-ear & in-ear headphones which I prefer to ambient sound. No contest vs Fire TV’s (ugh). But still pairs with Alexa compatible devices. IMO it’s better used with iOS vs Android.

I use Ruku on one television, so I decided to buy a Ruku TV. I wanted an American made product and Westinghouse has always had a good name for solid and lasting products. I purchased this Ruku Westing house TV and it has turned out to be an excellent TV with Ruku built in… I could not be more pleased with this TV and my next purchase will be the same. If you are in the market for a new TV, In my opinion BEST BUY is the best place to get great prices on solid dependable. Ruku is the best system for on air/streaming TV try this you won’t retreat it.

It is a fantastic tv for the price. Mainly use it for watching movies and playing games on it. The color and sound is absolutely fantastic.

For the price it's perfect. Great color sound is good as well. Picture is sharp, add a soundbar you're good.

Great TV with every feature you need and a low rice to boot. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced 50” and don’t want to sacrifice quality and features, this is a great choice. We purchased the Westinghouse 50” for our son’s college apartment and needed to be able to stream all of the necessary apps without additional boxes. This TV checked all of the boxes, was way to set up, and has had zero issues.
