Good tv for the price I paid, just need mute on the remote

Good picture, easy setup. Works great. Sometimes a little hard to transfer between inputs.

The TV was easy to set up. Everything there but a screwdriver. Remote is responsive. Picture is clear. Speakers are decent enough.

Bought the tv for my son and he uses it mainly for gaming with his PlayStation and he really likes it. He also watches blu ray movies quite often. The picture quality is really good for the price. The 50" screen is also a nice size for his living room. Overall a pretty easy tv to operate and is very functionally for him.

Needed a replacement TV and found this TV had pretty much everything we wanted especially for the price. Some picture quality issues, but it seems more localized to the source, (i.e. cable channel reception). Other than that, the color of blu-rays is sharp and vibrant. The sound is not so hot though and would recommend external sound system if you use this TV.

My daughter needed a replacement tv after going without for a couple of weeks. The 6 year old LG 47" developed a green line and then sometimes a black screen, no picture and no sound. The Westinghouse tv is a couple of inches bigger and lot of dollars cheaper. Picture/color is just fine, the sound is ok. Its not a smart tv or Samsung/LG, but I would recommend because the picture clarity, resolution, color brightness etc. is just as good as that LG.

This is a great tv for the price. The sound quality is comparable to the better brands. The surround mode makes a huge difference. Turn the bass/trebel level up for the better sound.(mine is almost max). The picture quality is decent. Even in 1080 is looks just a TAD grainy. But thats the downside for the cheaper price. Would definitely buy another.

I was nervous about buying a TV with less of a reputation than some of the bigger brands like Sony or Samsung, but it's been great. We've had the tv for about three months and it's worked great from day one. If you're all about having the most perfect, pristine picture than maybe you should go for a bigger brand, but as someone who thinks all TV's are about the same, I think the picture is great. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Works great. Kids love it with their video games. Have a 32" Westinghouse as well that has been great for the past 3 years. Westinghouse TVs are very good.
