After almost two months of use, still very happy with this purchase. Video and audio are both solid, the smart TV apps are a must have nowadays and work well, and it's an enjoyable screen for gaming with a great price tag.

I bought this on black Friday 2018. This is a decent enough TV. The picture and sound quality is fine, has enough ports. But the tag Smart Tv is misleading. You cannot install any apps on this TV. You can only work with the pre-loaded 6-7 apps. So be aware of that when buying. For making this a truly smart tv you will need to buy Roku/ Fire or equivalent tv stick.

This TV was fairly priced so I purchased it as a gift - recipient liked it.

I purchased this TV around 1 year ago and no problems at all. Picture quality its ok for the price.

So far so good. Purchased Nov. 28th. Frame is a bit thin and light but overall a good tv. Recommend mounting

I got this TV as one of the Black Friday deals, so I didn't pay full price for it. Thank goodness too because out of all my electronic purchases this past year this one was the stinker. I am not going to beat around the bush, the color on this one is horrible. It looks very dull and washed out. I was able to adjust the color to the point where I am happy enough to hang on to the TV vs. the hassle of taking it back. If I would have pair full price for it, I would have returned it the same day. I had to hook it up side by side with one of my other TV's and spend a great deal of time adjusting the picture modes and colors. The color settings are not all that great, making it harder to work with. If I knew this would have been the case, I would have passed on this TV, even for the price I got it for. It comes with Netflix, Vudu and Pandora as advertised, but that is it. I was not able to find any way to add more apps. Even if you are in a pinch and just need something to get by, and even if this is on sale, I would not recommend this one.

Awesome smart tv and still holding up strong. Could use more bass but i cant complain. Great value.

Not sure how you could pass up a television this size for just $199. So far, it's been a great purchase!

Smart capabilities are limited at best. Picture quality is good.

Bought two TVs (Westinghouse 50”). Clerk was outstanding. Follow up, when an inquiry was made about a malfunction of one of the TVs, my son was told they couldn’t do anything for him. Since it issue was resolved without Best Buy, we did not follow what was considered wrong response, attitude. I question this just 30 days after purchase.

Great picture but bad sound. Can’t get the bass and treble right

Great resolution for the price that was paid. Works well with Apple TV and Nintendo switch.

Got this TV while on sale and was a great deal for a 4K TV. It works well for gaming but for some reason it has a problem where the screen goes black but there is still sound. This is incredibly annoying and I’m very much thinking of getting a new tv already. I’ve also already exchanged it and the problem still persists.

Pretty good features, 4k, smart, but I would recommend waiting for a sale to buy it.
