    The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the remote is not very reactive meaning it works to go directly to Netflix but not to the other premium Services. Additionally you are not able to add streaming services so I had to add a Roku to this TV to get things such as Amazon Prime

    This is far the best Tv I’ve own. Colors are super sharp and vibrant. Volume is great and I’ve aleays trusted this brand. So I know I’ll have no issues

    I got it shipped to the house at first and it had a dent in it but I returned it to the store the next day and got a new one the same day great service

    This TV has a great picture, easy setup, all the good stuff. Price was amazing on sale. That's why I grabbed one. Everything was good until I attached HDMI to my Yamaha surround receiver. Does not work. Speakers, as usual on these flat panels were pretty lousy, but listenable. The killer is that none of the HDMI ports support ARC! This is a huge minus. You can NOT connect this TV to a surround system. Won't work. Westinghouse support agreed, no ARC HDMI. I didn't think any newer TV did not support ARC. Returned to Best Buy. They also agreed no ARC and gave me a full refund. Love Best Buy!

    Good tv for a room only has what 5 apps but whatever hook something up and get all it has ok 4K quality but to many pixels at some footage
