Had this tv about 8 months in a guest room. It's only got about 25 hours of use and it won't turn on (screen just flashes) anymore. Now for the warranty I need to pay to package and ship it to Westinghouse which isn't even worth it. I knew for the price that I obviously wasn't getting top quality but this is just a joke. If I could just bring it into the store, or if they paid shipping than I really wouldn't have a issue, but to sell garbage and make the customer pay to send it back is just wrong.

I was so excited to get this tv. I ordered online and when it arrived I mounted it on the wall and it turned on and didn’t work. Screen was messed up and tv remote didn’t work.

The tv I got is not good. The remote doesn’t really work( I have to be maybe maximum 20 feet away). It has a second of black out every hour or so. On dark scenes it get pixels.

Please stay away from this TV. The picture quality is utterly terrible. Flesh tones are very off. Dark spots in random areas of the screen even when watching 4K content. Colors are way off and no matter how many times you play around with the settings you can’t get it right. Sadly I had to take this back and get a more expensive TV. The old saying of you get what you pay for holds true in this case. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money and go with a good quality dependable brand. The whole point of a TV is enjoying its picture quality sadly this TV is truly hard to look at.

The tv didn’t last a few minutes out of the box without there being a line down the middle of it. There weren’t any replacements in stock so I was forced to get it exchanged. Had to fight to get a tv around the same size without coughing up more bucks. Not fun since I had a 5 year warranty on it when I bought it also.

It seemed like a nice tv but after only one week formed a line at the borrows of the screen don’t waste your money just spend the extra hundred bucks or so for a Samsung or something

THE APPS DO NOT WORK!!THEY ALL SAY PAGE NOT FOUND!!THIS IS THE CHEAPEST STUPID TV EVER!!THE REMOTE BARELY WORKS!!

Overall this tv is pretty average. It’s says that it’s 4k, but honestly I think my old 1080 tv has better clarity. For the price and size though it’s not a bad tv.

This 4K tv is supposed to support HDR. But when changing to an HDR cinema, the screen immediately goes so dark you can’t view it. If you want a *temporary* fix, you go into settings and have to adjust the hdr mode. I say temporary because the when you’re done viewing that cinema and change to another HDR cinema you have to repeat the steps over. It’s an error on Westinghouse’s part. But the TVs were programmed like this. So they will NOT warranty it out.

Got it at Best Buy the remote didn’t work returned and got a toshiba fire tv get home and it has no remote

This is a really nice, slim clear tv. However, it only has 4 apps so what about the rest? A smart tv should be able to get whatever you want.

Tv slow to turn on and sometimes have to try a few times to get it to turn on. Also, it randomly turns off after about a year of moderate use. The 4k functionality doesn't work. Have to turn my devices to 1080. You get what you pay for. Junk. Still works, after nearly 2 years, but barely. I can't recommend this unit.

I got this TV on CyberMonday and it was great for about a day then the screen would go black but you could still hear sound. This happen multiple times over two days. The TV was super loud even on level 2 or 3. Returned within a week.

Don’t get this tv unless you want to buy another in a year. I’ve had this tv for 2 years and a bout a year ago my picture started going black and I had to either change the input or shut it off and turn it back on just for it to reset. The best part about this 4K tv is that The apps on it dont even play on 4k

Not good quality. Not worth it even on sale. Had to return.

Horrible product and horrible customer service. Get outsourced when you call. They won’t help you. If I could give this negative stars I would. Don’t waste your energy or money. And yes. You will waste your energy fighting with Westinghouse to return, Best Buy knows what junk it is and won’t return it either.

I purchased this product during cyber week and it suppose to be a smart TV but it has pre loaded apps and you are not allowed to add additional apps on the TV. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a quality smart TV where you can add additional apps.

I saved up for this purchase and it randomly stopped working shortly after the store warranty expired. This was a huge disappointment and I wouldn't recommend this.

You expect a tv to last more than 2 years. This one unfortunately lasted less than that. The screen went blank with no external impact and it will cost more than the tv to repair it. Buyer be aware.

Got this TV and since getting it out of the box when turning it on it flashes a few different fuzzing screen and makes weird noises before actually coming on. Once it is on it works fine.
