TV remote is defective and it has been a huge ongoing time consuming ridiculous battle just trying to get a simple remote replaced. CS is horrible!! Don't purchase!!

Tv came in shattered, delivery date was changed day of delivery. Quality of tv does not compare to others, very low quality picture does not look like a 4k

The picture is horrible we have tried adjusting the color but it’s still horrible the price is was good and Of course you get what you pay for

Once dialed in a bit, it's capable of some pretty jaw-dropping visuals. Just don't expect too much from solid colored screens across the entire panel. It has the usual un-even illumination in these cases, which are common to panels at the lower end. It also doesn't have nearly the viewing angle of the more costly sets. It's definitely not for the "cord cutter" who wants a ton of viewing options built right into the set. That said, I had 4k Youtube content streaming to it wirelessly, and Netflix seemed to work fine at 1080p. I don't have a 4k subscription at Netflix, so I can't speak to how well that works, but I suspect it will be ok. It seems to take all of the internal processing power to handle these tasks, so menu navigation suffers while streaming, and you can't adjust the TV settings while they are playing (doing so with an HDMI source is fast and painless). But even a PS4 isn't able to stream in 4K, so it's best to consider these options as a way to get you watching 4K content "out of the box". If you want a better experience with more options, you'll want to use it with a better media streaming device. One reviewer indicated that it's a poor choice for entertainment, but I disagree with that sentiment. There are better options out there, if you can afford it, but clearly this set was designed for a price point, and it checks most of the boxes for the fundamentals. Sound is way better than many of the other lower-tier offerings, the adjustable backlight is almost too bright at the highest levels, up-scaling of 1080p content is very good, and for gamers, the input lag seems to be very small. I was able to purchase this set for only $200, and I'd go as far as to say it's worth more than that. So if you can get one for under $300, and you aren't expecting "top-of-the-line for peanuts", then you'll likely be pleased with the purchase.

The shortcut buttons for Hulu and YouTube do not work. Exchanged for something else.

This tv does not have the capability to connect to wi-fi.

poor picture,not 4k standards,not able to add apps

Purchased recently for $199 on black friday. First impression upon setup was quality, sturdy build to it. Picture quality is fairly impressive for its price point as an affordable 4K on the market. TV sound is good, would recommend adding a surround sound system or sound bar to aid. Overall, great TV for a great price. Only downfall is the limitation to install additional apps, however you're provided NETFLIX, VUDU, YOUTUBE, etc., so it's not all that bad. Easy fix would be to purchase an Apple 4K TV, Amazon Fire, or ROKU stick from BESTBUY to make up for the limitation.

This is a normal 4k tv, great for the price point, nice picture, okay sound. Amazing what a $300 can get you these days. However, I want to praise the local store team. I ordered the TV online and it got shipped to me. Unfortunately, after opening the box I discovered that the screen was cracked. No externally visible damage on the packaging, but the screen was completely busted on one side. No worries! Took it to my neighborhood Best Buy (the size is perfect to fit in the back seat of a modest sedan), the local team had a replacement unit for me in about 10 minutes, which included looking up the order and bringing a new TV out to my car. As always, excellent customer service and Best Buy means it.

Bought in 2018, still kicking 6 years later. Not the smartest of smart TVs since it only has so many pre existing apps and no Roku or anything, but works great for gaming and with any apps using it with my PC anyways.

Surprised it lasted four years and stil going. For 100 dollars not bad
