It does on me. I have other TVs in the house and I have been using them for more than 7 years both Samsung. I am disappointed.

Too cheap, buyer beware

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven’t had for 60 days and tv has flashing red light, told by Westinghouse customer service the tv is most likely faulty and needs to be replaced, kicker you have to throw the tv away at an e-waste disposal to even get a warranty covered refund that they will still dispute after you have sent many pictures.

Terrible TV / Waste of time and money

Had the TV less than 2 months and it just showed white vertical lines. I purchased the additional coverage for repairs but since is within the year. Best Buy isn’t allowed to repair and only the manufacturer is able to (waste of money). But guess what the tv is unrepairable so they offer you a refund in a total of 45 days after you send them numerous pictures. Save your money and the hassle of dealing with this.

Worst TV ever. Lasted 6 months

I liked the price but this last one didn’t even last 6 months. Then I had to go through Westinghouse for a refund and after they made me take pictures of the tv, then show proof that I took it to a disposable center they said I would be issued a refund in 60 days after they approved my pictures of proof. So basically almost 3 months to get a refund. I had geek squad protection but they said I had to deal with Westinghouse and the geek squad guy said he would never recommend a Westinghouse to anyone. Now I know why. Super disappointed that this was my 3rd Westinghouse in about 5 years.

Don’t buy this TV or Best Buy protection plan!

Since it was under one year since date of purchase, we had to go through Westinghouse and not Best Buy. Westinghouse is refunding the purchase price and told us to dispose of the TV. Our protection plan was useless and Best Buy would not give us a full refund for the purchase price of it. Who would want to purchase one if these? Customer service is terrible. You’re on hold for almost an hour and then they won’t honor your very reasonable, fair request. Do NOT buy this TV or the useless protection plan!

The picture and sound are great. It's easy to use. Everything you need a TV to be. The service I received through Best Buy was exceptional though and I just want to shout out to them for having the best online pick up service on the planet. I had so many things going on in life that I finally went to pick up the TV on the last day of my pick up window and alas...it would not fit in my car! The site wouldn't let me update my pick up date, so I left to scramble to find help that day. By the time I got home to make phone calls, I got an email saying that my pick up date had been extended by a week. Obviously, the employee that had helped me at the car had taken care of it for me. SO helpful.
