Remote is functional and easy to operate. The only downfall is the sound quality. It doesn't produce a full-bodied sound, but overall ok.

Replaced it for a larger flat screen model. So far, I have zero complaints as it is a breeze to setup and the setup Wizard guides you along the way. Plus all the free perks that come with this smart TV are great.

Great tv for the price

My dad wanted a bigger TV so I purchased the new Westinghouse tv for him. It has a really good picture. He loves it.

We have turned it all the way up to 100 on some shows and still can’t hear it. I’m not hard of hearing what-so-ever and I don’t like my tv loud/surround sound. We purchased a sound bar to try to compensate, and now the lips don’t match the audio on anything. Super annoying!
