love this tv. it's not perfect, but it's great for the price. gave it 4⭐ due to the fact that the sound isn't the best, and the remote stop working literally a week after I bought it. luckily you can download the app and use your smartphone as a remote.

Woke up to my tv broken with lines across it after 18 months. This brand only offers a one year warranty. It started showing signs a few months ago but would usually reset after turning off then back on. Cheap and worked great while I had it but it is the shortest lasting tv I’ve had.

Tv looks great sound was great until today It was making an skip off sound now it is no making any sound

It's a nice TV. The only flaw is that the picture is only clear when you look at it sitting straight in front of it. If you look at it at an angle it's not clear.

Annoying that I cannot use my fire stick and certain apps on this TV. Perfect size. Dumb capabilities.

Was good for about a year and then the screen went completely blank (black). If you leave the TV on for a bit, the TV starts to form lines and then 10 minutes later, just variants of gray vertical lines. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps to reset and the same result. Doing some research it appears to be a bad LCD display or the board that controls it. Makes sense why this piece of garbage only has a 1 year warranty, that's about the time things happen. Read the other negative reviews and you'll see what I mean. Stick with a trusted brand, I know I won't ever make the same mistake with this brand again. The pictures show the progression over a couple minutes after turning on the TV. Went to bed, TV was fine. Woke up, turned on and this. TV is on a AV surge protector and no storms.

I purchased this TV at the beginning of this year so it’s only been less than a month and the tv is already defective. There is a pretty apparent and large crack inside the middle of the screen going vertically and horizontally at the top (see photos). Rereading the reviews now, I wish I had listened to the previous reviewers’ advices and not purchased this from Best Buy. It’s defective. And the worst part is that Best Buy has an awful policy where it’s not exchangeable after only 15 days. Well it’s only been a little over the 15 day mark for me. For an electronic this large you would think there’d be more protection on it, I don’t specifically recall being offered protection plans upon purchasing this TV. Overall i’m just disappointed in the manufacturer but also in Best Buy for being unhelpful in these situations.

TV broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Best Buy referred me to Westinghouse to deal with the repair or replacement. Now I have to be on the hook for another install fee and deal with lots of administrative hassle. DO NOT BUY THIS TV

I do not like to give bad opinions but you get what you pay for, after I opened the box very carefully and installed the TV I realize that the screen is detached from the TV frame, as shown in the photo, I installed it anyway To see what the image looked like, it actually has a fairly poor 4k, I think TCL is a little better, but nothing like Samsung and Sony, in the end I returned it and decided on a Samsung 58 ", and I give it two stars because It has a good price and in the end it is a 4K TV

Great quality and wonderful customer service with awesome prices

I’ve purchased Vizio, Onn, Samsung, you name it and I’ve had no problems with the Tv brand. Westinghouse however has caused me more problems than good. I’ve had my flat screen for a little over a year, once I hit 15 months there are now THIN, WHITE, horizontal lines going across the tv every 5cm. I understand things can happen and it’s not necessarily the manufactures fault, but I’ve never taken this tv off the wall in the last 15 months. My Westinghouse has now also decided to bring green horizontal lines into the bottom quarter of my screen, and then proceed to disappear, and come back again a few days later to aggravate my soul. I have nothing good to say about this company, I’ve wasted $300, thanks Westinghouse. Roku is the best part, never buy a Westinghouse brand product, I won’t either.
