Fine for a year
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It worked fine for the first year. Regular basic Roku tv. But it completely and randomly cut out and got all staticky. It hadn’t even been 2 years since I got it. Very disappointing.

Don’t recommend
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess you get what you pay for. This TV started very early having the black screen issue where you would turn it on and the screen would be black but there would be sound. The color was never really good, it was always overexposed no matter what setting it was on. Today after only 1 year and 4 months the screen went bad.

Avoid at all cost
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please spend a little more and get yourself a quality TV. I got the black screen. This is where your TV will turn on but the screen is black. I pressed reset and nothing works. I’ve only had this tv for over a month but Best Buy will not refund me for it or replace it. Very disappointed

Broke after 8 months, customer service terrible
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it in February of this year, it is now broken. Purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty for it, but they will not do anything because it's still covered under the Westinghouse warranty. So I called Westinghouse and they will not repair it. Instead, they requested my original receipt along with a bunch of pictures of the TV and they will send me a check in the mail after 20 business days for the purchase price of the TV. What a waste of time and money. The Best Buy protection was completely pointless, and I cannot buy a new TV of this size and quality for $350. Not to mention I won't have the money for a month or longer.

Worse tv ever
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy horrible brand. Tv barely lasted a few hours after unboxing. Started having weird lines through tv and every time I plugged/unplugged tv made a weird static sound. Pay a little extra for a better tv. Luckily I was able to exchange the next day for a Samsung tv. Which I love!

Don't Buy Westinghouse
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a little over a year the display panel needs to be replaced ironically Westinghouse only warranties their tv’s for 1 year after purchase. This isn't even our main tv so this tells me the display would have gone sooner. So, there goes $350

Avoid at all costs.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up this tv on 1-9-21. Just 3.5 short months later I get the dreaded line of death. I should have took the past reviews seriously. I only use this tv every now and then for my PS5.

Its gonna be sad to see it go out. Its been such a great tv and serced my family and I well. Have been happy with my purchase since I got it. Has a few issues, with work arounds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was mesmerized by the Samsung frame but was not going to pay $1500. So I came up with the idea of making my own. The Westinghouse 58 fit the bill. $299 on sale. My bestbuy does not demo these, so it was a blind purchase. The build and picture quality were awesome. I wasn't disappointed until I hooked up my sound bar. The sound will only stay synced in stereo. Any decoding like Dolby and it's like Chinese kung-fu dubbed movie. Not a deal breaker, but definitely an issue. After researching it appears to be a Roku software issue. On the other hand I think my frame came out nice!!!
